I got a brand new Nest E and Power Connector.
Electrician ( non-nest pro ) installed power connector to the furance as per instructions

The device connects to both 2.4ghz and 5ghz, did a software update as well
Issues
1) I cannot connect Nest App to the device, I get TD023 error. I am in tech support myself so I have tried everything I could from different devices, hotspot, 2 different routers, Nest factory reset, reboots of router/phone, Android, Apple, iPad, Android Tablet
2) I am not certain if the nest conector is working or not? as the VOC and VIN drops, the lin drops but the battery is stable
Do I have a bad install? or a faulty unit or both
