As of very recently I am unable to access my account or app via my Android phone or my account via desktop on Firefox. I am sent through an unending loop when...
- I enter my actual and correct login information into BOTH login options (Nest and Google) and it's rejected (yet my info works fine in Chrome) .
- I try to reset my password, and I'm never sent a link to my email address .
I have cleared my cache, uninstall/reinstall the app on my phone, cleared cookies etc in Firefox, updated browsers, and all the other "fixes" I've found during my search for an actual fix
A As of now I am forced (which I deeply resent 🤨) to use Chrome on my desktop to access my basic account, yet that is not a fix for accessing my actual app info on my phone to make adjustments and monitor my actual thermostat. I do not and cannot use my desktop for that, and it's pointless if I cannot use the app.
