I setup an account years ago and never used it with my administrative Google account email. I need to use this account with me Nest products. Without setting up a Nest account under a different email how do delete the Nest account so that I can begin again. The account is completely inaccessible and I have spent hours speaking with Nest support in the effort to access that account. The Google account is 2nd Step Authenticated with a Titan security key and I can provide any information necessary to verify that I am the creator and user of that account for roughly 10 years. This is doable although it would take someone with knowledge of how the Nest system handles data and is able to read the code of whatever error is occurring. Hopefully someone from Nest can debug my account, this keeps me from using everything that requires a Nest account for full functionality. I have not yet spoken with Google support and have the problem corrected. How is no one at Google capable of suggesting anything but replacing the problem??? Is the Nest system totally unserviceable??? That is reason to have zero confidence in the products, I do hope that is not the case.

To confirm, have you tried to use a different Gmail account and link your Nest devices there? What app are you using to sign in your email address? How many devices do you have?
