Can't login to Nest app after migrating to Google

I renewed my Nest aware subscription. Before doing so, I was forced to migrate my Nest account to my Google account. This process was not intuitive and was time consuming! Now, my Nest app on my iphone doe not recognize my Nest login. Am I supposed to be logging in from the Google Home App now instead of the former Nest App? If yes, no intructions indicated to do so. When I try the other option to log in with Google, I enter my credentials and  I get a "Google - End Visitor Session" message. I end up in an endless loop of the above, rendering my investment in Nest useless. Seeing all the posts on this topic, this process clearly needs improvement. Can someone please help? I am incredibly frustrated. We also need a phone # to speak with a human being when multiple self help attempts have failed. Is there such a phone #?

After migrating, you should sign into the Google Nest app using the Google Account to which you migrated. You should also be able to log into the Google Home app with the same Google Account credentials.

@sprout6, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, when you migrated your Nest account, did you choose the same email or did you select a different email? Could you try signing in to the Google Home app the same email you're using to sign in to your Nest app? Were you able to reach our support team from the link shared above? Let us know your update here.
