New Wyze v3 camera do not work with Google home app but the wild one works

Hello,

I have 6 Wyze Camera (two v2 and four v3) all updated to the latest firmware.tje three new v3 camera will not show live feed on Google home app but the wild one does. I have unlinked the Wyze app and re-linked it and still the old one works and the new one just keeps spinning. I know the account is linked correctly since the old cameras (two v2 and one v3) works fine. They are all in the latest (same firmware). Help please. See the attached screenshot from home app.

Thanks for visiting the Google Nest Community. I’ve seen an old thread on Wyze’s support page with the same concern. Since the old version of your Wyze camera works, I suggest you reach out to Wyze first and check if there’s an ongoing update or reported issues about the v3 camera. Let us know how it goes with them.
