No Notification

Hello, I had activated the notifications for Routines, which are executed. Then I deactivated them because everything worked well. After a couple of days I had problems with my routines, so I reactivated the notifications but nothing happend,

no more notifications from Google Home-App at all. Meanwhile I have a new phone and still no notifications. I've tested: clear cache of the App, clear the App-data, disable Battery-optimization for this App, deactivate and reactivate all notifications on System level and in the App itself, reinstall the App, reset the phone. But still no notification. Does anyone have a solution, I don't know what to do?

Multiple folks having the issue. Waiting for Google Home to send out another app update..

  • Could you please specify the type of phone you're using (iPhone or Android)?
  • Have you tried disabling all routines and then re-enabling them one by one to see if any specific routine is causing the issue?

Hello, I'm using an Android (a Samsung S24 to be precise) and I tried it but it was the same after. Thanks for your efforts.

Thanks for that information, could you please tell me if you already tried troubleshooting steps like: 

 

  • Clear cache of the App?
  • Clear the App-data?
  • Deactivate and reactivate all notifications?
  • Uninstall and install the App?
  • Reset the phone?

If you haven't done that, can you try it and tell me how it went?

Hey guys I fixed it!!!!! 

Just uninstall Home and then download a previous version of Home. Make sure you turn off auto app updates. I am running version 3.15.1.4 with no issues. Your welcome
