Not all Mi Home app devices appear in Google Home app

Hi,
I've been using the Mi Home app with Google Home app for a few years and a few days ago my 2 Yeelight led bulbs disappeared from the Google Home app. They even had automations.
I tried reconnecting the Mi Home app several times but every time the Google Home app displays only my vacuum.
In the Mi Home app The lights do appear with the vacuum.

Does anyone have an idea or a fix? It's driving me nuts.

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • Are you using the correct account?
  • Does the app has the last update?
  • Is there any error message in the app? 
  • When did the inconvenience start? 
  • Have you already added the Yeelight led bulbs back?
    • If yes, did appears any error message?

  • It started 4 days ago, after I changed the Mi Home app region and then changed it back. I just got a message in the Google Home app that the lights were removed. 
  • No, the lights are still missing.

Thanks for the update. I appreciated that you reposed the questions therefore we can move forward and provide you the troubleshooting.

  • Delete the Nest app then install it back
  • Use another phone

I have uninstalled the Google Home app (I don't have the Nest app) and installed it again. It remembered the same devices without the bulbs. I even tried relinking the Mi Home app and still no bulbs.

 

I also tried it on my tablet and the result is the same - no bulbs.

Thank you for the response. I'm sorry to hear that you're still getting the same inconvenience.

For now, i'd appreciate that you added the Yeelight led bulbs back to your account as they aren't connected it, therefore you have to add them.

I deleted both bulbs from the Xiaomi Mi Home app and added them again.
Then I reconnected the Mi Home app in the Google Home app but nothing changed, they are still missing from the google app.

Hello, today all my Mi Home lights were all of a sudden removed from my Google Home. As Giluts says above, there is no way to add them back. They are available in the Mi Home app but only vacuum cleaner and tower fan appear in Google Home. Bulbs and Pendant light are missing. Why?

  • Are  you using the correct email address?
  • How many home structures do you have? 
    • If you have more than 1, please switch homes to see if the devices are there
  • Have you already added the device back?
    • If so, please let me know if you got any error message

  • Have you already added the device back? - What do you mean by that? The light devices have always been in the Mi Home app, I never removed them from there. They just all of a sudden disappeared from Google Home and cannot be added back.
    • If so, please let me know if you got any error message - There is no error message, the light devices cannot be added back to the Google Home app. Whenever I try to relink the Mi Home account, only vacuum cleaner and tower fan are listed.
