Problem connecting to cloud

I am in my google home.  I have a few rooms.  One particular room when I go to the device to change the name, it says trouble connecting to the cloud.  All the other rooms and devices work except this one.

Thanks for posting in the community. Let's sort this out. 

 

A few things: could you check how many email is logged in to your Google Home app? Make sure that the email used for the set up is only a regular gmail account. Also, try to refresh the app and make sure that mobile data is also turned off. Keep me posted.

Hey Jyeh74,

 

Got it. What devices are assigned to this particular room? Have you tried moving them to a different room? If so, are you getting the same message? Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Google Assistant and Google Home app.
