Problem creating PIN

I cannot enter PIN on Chromecast TV

Is that to setup the profile lock feature? What happens when you try to do so?

1. From the Google TV home screen, in the top right, go to the profile icon and select Settings.
2. Go to Accounts & Sign In and select your kid’s profile.
3. Select Profile lock.
4. To turn on “Profile lock,” verify your identity and enter your Google Account PIN or password.

I still have the problem which has not been understood by contributors so far. The problem is that I cannot select specific numbers when navigating them to enter a pin.

I apologize for the late response on this, and thank you for being patient! It's strange that you are unable to select certain numbers. Just out of curiosity, would you try using the Virtual Remote and see if the problem persists?
