Problems with curtain control

For about 2 months suddenly the controls of the curtains (shutters) no longer show the percentage of ascent or descent.

My devices are TUYA ZIGBEE (Girier).

With the TUYA app nothing has changed and from there the percentages are visible and have no problems.

I have an ALEXA device at home and doing a test with the same TUYA curtain device there are no problems and the percentage control works.

In the google home app, the device is seen with a circle with the description "not available" and it is no longer even possible to stop the ascent or descent (you can only do it with voice commands).

I attach a photo for confirmation.

Previously the device has always been seen by google home correctly and has always worked.

I tried to reconnect the tuya account, to redo the curtain calibration, to disconnect and reconnect the entire TUYA part but the problem is not solved.
