Recorded videos won't play, can only see a picture ? How to fix?

Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? If you do NOT have a Nest Aware subscription and you have 1st gen Google Nest cameras or doorbells, you will only get photo snapshots of activity in the most recent 3 hours.

You should be able to check your subscription on the "Subscriptions Management" page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions) by selecting your subscription.
If you have a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, I think you should be able to check your subscription here:
