Reloop signin at home app

Ik can't login at home app. Ik tried calling google support.

Ik had An issues met tablet so delete the house in home app.

But when i setup the whole thing again it Will not log me in.

In the home app you push wich account you want use. And nothing works. When i keep trying,

i get the message: "i'm not online, make sure that your online".

I tryed other phones nothings works. But  a new account works. I don't want a new account.

I have a nest audio. And android phone

I understand that issues with the app can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help. 

 

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

No it isn't solved. I treid other phone or tablet. Other connections. Even tryed resetting the the phone and tablet.

The main problem is. i can't connect with my gmail on any phone or tablet. But new account can connect on the home app.

Thanks for letting me know that you're still experiencing this issue. 

 

Have you tried to log in using the web app? If not yet, please give it a try and let us know if the same issue persist. Here's how:

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click the 3 dots on top right corner and select Settings. 
  3. Hit Advanced. 
  4. Under Privacy and Security, go to Site Settings. 
  5. Under Site Setting, click on Cookies. 
  6. At the bottom of that page in the Allow section, add "https://bit.ly/2WhD431" and save it.
  7. Go to https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w
  8. Log in and select "Sign in with Google".

i tryed the link, i push on my login with google account, i push on my account and it goes back to login with google.

the same reloop.

Hello,

Yeah i tryed does. Allowed all cookies and tryed login.

I pushed login with google and then my account and it goes back to the screen login with google .

I tryed it on fryday evening and on sunday. Both the same isseu.
