Hello,
I would like to remove old non-Google devices connected to my Home WiFi network. By this I mean things that are permanently offline such as old smart watches or mobile phones that I used to own that I would like to get rid of from my list of devices connected to my home WiFi network.
I currently have about 15 devices that are listed on my 'Devices' list which used to be connected but don't need to be on that list anymore! Some of these devices are listed as 'Unnamed device' so I don't even know what they are.
Thanks for your help resolving this.

Hi Paolo83,
Thanks for posting, and sorry for the delay in response! I'm sorry for the situation that you have trying to delete the old devices from your Google mesh. I understand how frustrating that can be but don't worry, I can help. Let me explain what those grayed-out devices in your list mean. Active connections on your network appear in the list, and once a device disconnects, it gets grayed out to indicate its inactive status. While you can't manually edit the list, these inactive devices will automatically disappear after about 30 days if they don't reconnect, keeping your list up-to-date.
We appreciate your feedback. We're constantly working on improvements, and your input helps us shape future features.
Please let me know if you have more questions.
Regards,
Jenny

Hi Jenny,
Thanks for your reply.
It doesn't seem to me that the previously connected devices which appear in grey are removed from the list after 30 days.
Some of the devices on that list are mobile phones that I replaced much longer than a month ago!
Can the option of removing unwanted devices be added? It seems like an obvious option to have, the same way that a WiFi network can be forgotten from a phone's settings.
Thanks,
Paolo
