To better assist you, I'd like to ask a couple of questions:

 

  • What model is your mobile device?
  • Have you linked a phone number to your Google account? If so, please check your message inbox for the verification code.

In this case, I'd suggest the following:

 

  • Check your spam or junk folder for an email titled "Your Google support inquiry." You can learn more in the next article: Tips to complete account recovery steps.
  • Try using a different device or browser that you normally sign in with.
  • Clear your browser cache and try the recovery process again in incognito/private mode.
  • Disable any VPN you might be using while recovering your account.

There's a limit to the number of recovery code requests you can submit in a day. If you think you've exceeded this limit, wait 24 hours and try again.
