I have three Intertek smart plugs connected with the Cloud Intelligence App. They were installed in Google Home. I don't remember if they were originally linked directly to Google Home or linked through the Cloud Intelligence app. I think it is the latter since when I said "Google turn on the light" the speaker responded it could not connect to cloud intelligence. I logged into Cloud Intelligence and attempted to link to Google again but It first says "Cloud Intelligence is linked" then a few seconds later says "Something went wrong, try again". I removed the smart plugs from Google Home and tried again with the same result. I've restarted my iPhone, unplugged the plugs, plugging them back in again. pressed and held the on switch so the link light blinks. I've attempted to connect them directly to Google Home both as a "New Device" and "Works with Google" but Nothing has worked.
I can operate the smart plugs directly with the Cloud Intelligence app but can no longer tell Google to turn on or off the light. Using the Cloud Intelligence app is only slightly better than operating the light manually.

same issue - got them to work with Alexa, as well as Cloud Intelligence app, but the link between Google Home and Cloud Intelligence seems to have issues.

Same issue here. I have 8 smart plugs that are linked to Google home through cloud intelligence. I have had them since December of last year and up until a few hours ago they were working with Google fine. The my assistant said it couldn't reach cloud intelligence. I unplugged the plugs, restarted one and even unlinked my cloud intelligence app, which was a mistake because now I can't link it back. The CI app and Alexa booth work the devices fine so It seems to me that the problem is the online connection between Google Home and Could Intelligence. Which party is ar fault I do not know.

Like I suspected with mine, the service was up by the next day. My issue is solved, hope everyone else’s is working now as well.

A follow-up this morning. I tried linking Cloud Intelligence to my Google account on my iPhone this morning. No luck, but something led me to try on my iPad. I logged into my Cloud Intelligence account, the in Google Home I tried adding Cloud Intelligence with "Works with Google." I expected the same result, but surprise, it linked and I was able to add all three smart plugs. I can now turn everything on and off with my Google Dot.

As I posted in an update. It worked when I used my iPad. I haven't tried anything else. If it ain't broke I'm not going to try to fix it.

Hey dfunderw,
Since it's working on your iPad, let's try monitoring your device for a couple of days. Checking your iPhone's system update might help too.

Alex
