Sony Bravia A80J problem connecting to cloud

My Sony Bravia tv with Google built in does not stay connected to wifi for it to be accessible from Google home app.

When in Google home app trying to hit the settings button for the tv it says “problem connecting to cloud”

Please note that we have very limited support on TV's with built-in Google Assistant like Sony Bravia. If rebooting your router and TV does not fix the issue, I suggest that you reach out with the manufacturer for better assistance.
