My Tapo products all disconnect from Google Home about once a day... the Tapo App is unlinking from Google Home... all the Tapo products still work in the Tapo App, but I cannot execute any "Hey Google" commands as Google Home sees the Tapo products as off line/ unavailable. The Google hardware products still work/ appear on line and "Hey Google" works with them.
I am using a Nest Pro mesh... router plus one point... router is in NAT mode and point is in bridge mode.
A complete mesh reboot gets Tapo hardware back online in Google Home, as does re-linking Tapo to Google... but only for another day or less.
All App software and hardware firmware is up to date.

Same problem. Works OK for up to 2 or 3 days then requires relinking. Only started this problem a couple of weeks ago, worked fine for years before.

Yes... I've had a "smart home" for nearly 2 years and never had this daily unlinking/ re-linking problem. I suspect Tapo (TP Link) as their app was updated 22nd May... Home was updated 8th May, and the unlinking issues started about a week or week and a bit ago.
I have contacted Tapo but so far I have heard nothing back from them.

I have the same issue. R the Tapo devices work great from the Tapo app but are consistently failing from google. Online one time and then offline then online again with no change to internet or network.

Tapo told me that it is now fixed and so far, after a little more than a day, everything is good. I will keep hoping it stays that way.

Now, in case this issue persists, a recommendation I have is to try unlinking all devices and then linking them back again. This will refresh the connection between your Tapo products and the Google Home app. Additionally, you can try contacting Tapo support for more information.

Thanks... yes, Tapo told me to re-connect/ re-link Tapo to Google Home and the issue would be fixed... so far, so good after nearly 2 days. I would say it is fixed as before, I was re-linking twice a day. Tapo reply linked below...
