@joeypipes, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues connecting your thermostat to the app. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.
Could you please tell us the Nest Thermostat model you have? What's the make and model of the phone you're using for setup? Also, uninstalling and reinstalling the Nest app or the Google Home app might help to make sure it's up to date.
