Tapo light/software connection issue

I have connected some light bulbs to my tapo app and then linked this app in google home. I only have 1 bedroom light physically, but google home thinks there are two. Google also says they are disconnected and wont operate them. I have tried disconnecting/reconnecting the bulb on the tapo app and re-linking tapo with google home, neither seems to work. 

 

On the tapo app itself, everything is working as it should be and displays the correct amount of lights.
