Tile devices on Google assist

I've link my tile app account with Google he and it says 5 devices but I can't see them and when I've tried to find my items it says there are no devices linked.

I've relined and reconnected the account with no luck

I understand that this can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Yes, it still will not recognise my tile devices.

 

I have delete the tile app and reinstalled it twice, unlinked it and relined it numerous times, restarted my phone after everytime.

 

It says Tile: 5 devices but then won't recognise them.

Hey there, 

Apologies that you're still having issues with this. Have you tried reaching out to Tile support? Unfortunately since we don't know much about Tile, there isn't much more that we can do in terms of troubleshooting.
