Trouble Adding Multiple Accounts on Nest Hub – Blank Screen Issue

I'm trying to set up multiple Google accounts on my Nest Hub. My personal Google account is used for the Assistant and Home setup, while my work Google account holds my calendar, reminders, and notes. However, when I try to enable the additional account, I just get a blank screen, with no options to proceed.
I've attempted this setup on two iPhones and two iPads, each running different versions of iOS, but I still encounter the same blank screen. My devices are currently on iOS 18.2, and I'm using Google Assistant Version 1.9.115901.
Has anyone experienced similar issues or have any tips on resolving this?

  • What are the troubleshooting steps you've already tried?
  • When did the behavior start?
  • Was the device dropped or knocked over?
  • Is the display still working?
  • Is the display's Assistant working?
  • What's the Fuchsia version of your display?
