Please help…this has been going on for months. Have tried everything.mThink I will have to discard device and buy an Echo.

Hey there Sandra,

 

I'm not sure which Google device you are referring to, we would have different processes for different devices. If you are not sure which device you own, would you be willing to show a picture, so we can provide appropriate steps?
