Undeletable routines in non-existent home

Hi,

• with my son we had a home
• and he created some routines
• but it appears he has a Google account with not real birth date, which shows him as 18 years old
• so I fixed his account as he is 14
• and now all routines - e.g. "Lunch time!", "Water your flowers :)" he created couldn't be deleted, because they were not visible for me
• frustrated as hell, I deleted entire home as we moved and still routines rings on my phone!
• to be weirder, routines only make sound, but not shows as full screen animations xD

Hi mmasti,

That’s a bummer! Try these steps:
 

1. Go to https://goo.gle/2UXBOSt. Make sure that it is logged in to your son’s account.
2. From the options at the left side, select Other activity.
3. Scroll all the way to the bottom > Look for Google Assistant routines > Tap the Delete button > Delete.

✅Most probably above solution - to delete routines from the Google user activity page - worked, I just needed to run this solution twice for both former users of former home, and wait a week to check if weekly routines were removed correctly. Thank you.
