Click on the little house icon to the left of "Ask Home"
Or
Click on your profile picture (top right) and then Switch Home.

Thanks @SmartHomeH-TAGS
The ability to toggle/switch between multiple homes in one account used to be straight forward in the app (tap on the home's name to select a home).
With the new App layout, I tried tapping on Ask My Home, but it just said Ask Home isn't available yet, but you'll get a message when it is. Tapping my profile picture did not provide any option to toggle/switch between homes.
I did find that if I clicked the + sign at the top, it did bring up a menu to Add things. If I select "Home" from that list, it brings up a listing of my existing Homes and allows me to choose one of my existing homes or create another home. If I select one of the existing homes, and then select Next it goes to that Home.
That seemed very unintuitive and cumbersome as a way to toggle/switch between homes.
However, your suggestion to tap on the little house icon/pin in the top left within the Ask Home (or Ask My Home) inquiry area immediately brings up the list of homes in my account and I can immediately select the one I want to switch to.
I would say that is easy to toggle/switch between Homes in my account, but it is certainly not intuitive. I would suggest to Google Home developers that they should look at this and come up with something that most intelligent people would find intuitive as a way to toggle/switch between Homes. We won't always have a @SmartHomeH-TAGS there, and we should not have to go to the Community page to figure this out.
Thanks,

Please note that tapping on the little house icon/pin in the top left does bring up the list of homes on the iPhone version of the App (along with the ability to set up Home and Away). However, on iPad, tapping the little house icon/pin does NOT show the list of homes (its just a grey space) at the top of the pop-up menu with the ability to set up Home and Away below it). So it seems to be a bug for the iPad version. On the iPad, for now, I have to go to the + at the top, select to add a home and then select one of my existing homes.
Really, this is Google, a star of the computing world. We have seen too many cases of updates that come out that have not been fully tested. This is another example. Google, you can and you should do better.
