Wifi mesh light bulbs

  • I just got wifi mesh light bulbs that initially set up through the company app (Kogan SmartHome)) & then you can authorize use with Google Home.

They are showing in my GHome but continually say they are 'offline.  I can use the Kogan app but want to have everything running through my Mini...any suggestions?

Hello everyone, 

Thanks for reaching out. Let's get this sorted out. 

@burakdmrts, a few questions: are you also using Kogan SmartHome? How many smart lights do you have? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Go ahead and rename your smart lights in the Google Home app. Once done, ask your Google Home or Nest device to "sync the devices" and check if that fixes the issue.
