I have several NEDIS devices coupled to a Zigbee gateway. Devices are 2 smart plugs, 5 thermostats and 3 smart lights, all NEDIS products.
all works via the Smart life app…
but google home shows some of them to be offline and I cannot control them. Tried to link and unlink the NEDIS app, cleared cache, added and deleted devices several times, but without success.
read to try “sync devices” in the Google Assistant but this gives me the message that my iPhone is not available.
i am lost now, and about to give up..
any suggestions on what to try?
