app Home remove devices tuya from home

Hi everyone. Regularly, once a week, the Home app removes zigbee and wi-fi devices from the house (and therefore from rooms and automations). Any suggestions? Peace be with you.

What do you do to reinstate them?

Do you Reconnect the app to the Google Home app?

It throws them out of the house, rooms and routines, but the devices are still linked to my account. I move them manually to the house and rooms and complete the automations :(. It happened to me again today 😞

• Do you have the latest version of the Google Home app?
• Are the apps on third-party devices up to date?
• What operating system (iOS or Android) and version is the device running the Google Home app on?
• When you say WiFi devices, do you mean Google Nest Wifi or third-party WiFi devices? Could you please indicate the make and model?
