Set up ON/OFF times for various devices (specifically Ipad, TV & phones) in my Google Home network

I have a Google Home network with various devices (i.e. phones, IPads, TV's etc), and would like to control on/off times for any/any of them, depending on need.  I seemed to have the ability to do it a while back... but something changed, and I lost it...

While Google Home app automations enable users to adjust certain Android phone settings, powering personal mobile devices on or off is not possible. This functionality is restricted to supported smart home devices and appliances.
