I've been trying to pay my bill for a week now. I've got about 4 hours spent trying to pay with a different card. I've followed all the directions including the instructions on google pay. I need to speak to a customer service human being to resolve this issue. There is no other solution. If I can not speak to a human being I'm moving to a service that does let me speak to an agent (human being).

Hi, I'm not sure. I pay $6 monthly for my camera. Event history. Once I pay then I can see my history. I can't seem to locate my account information, I'm guessing I have Nest Aware.
