can't link to tuya / smart life

Hello, I have google home and google nest

I try to link to tuya / smart life and is look like is connet but I can't see any devices.

I try to unlink and link again, 

I try to uninstall the apps and link by the browser, and not good 
I try to re install the google home app and is still not good, 
I try all but is not working, In the "security" I see that the apps is link but nothing work,
I buy the google nest only for this!!!

what I can do now?

We're sorry if you're having trouble connecting your Tuya /Smart Life devices to your Google Nest devices — let me help you out.

 

Make sure your devices are connected to the same network and within 15-20 feet of your router. Check if the default browser on your phone is Chrome. Try rebooting your Tuya devices, Google Nest speakers and router to refresh the connection. Once done, use the command "OK Google sync my devices".

I get another switch and he show in the Google home so I guess that the problem is with the single swith

Understood. The switch that is not working, can you still control it on your Tuya/Smart Life app? Is there a way you can reset that particular switch?

I do reset few times, is work great with Tuya/smart home

you have a idea how to connect it to my Google home

Hello Ran1809,

 

Give these additional steps a try:

 

  1. Click "Me" in the bottom right corner, click Google Assistant, click Link with Google Assistant.
  2. The Smart Life App will pull up the Google Home App, click Link.
  3. Click Agree and Link.
  4. Wait for it to finish loading and your smart device will be synced to Google Assistant. Now you can use Google Assistant or Google Home App to control your smart devices. Next, you can assign rooms to your devices in the Google Home App.
  5. If the issue persists, reset your Google Home or Google Nest device.

all the switches shows on the Google home except one than need to support Google assistant

Try removing your affected switch from your Smart life app and it back after. If the issue persists and since it's only happening with a particular switch, I highly suggest contact Tuya/Smart life support for additional help.
