i got a new chrome cast and was trying to make an account for my son. and it asked me for a birthdate. not realizing it wanted my birthdate. i put my sons instead. fast forward a few weeks after my google account got shut down. asking me to either verify my age or link my account. with an adult i sent in a picture of my id but it was going to take 24hours to verify. I couldn't wait that long i needed information from an email i had on there so i linked the account to my other google account that i have. now it won't let me take it off parental control or change my age when google already verified my age please help i need my account back.
