I have tried to connect google home to my mi home app but I have entered the wrong credentials by mistake. I have tried to unlink the account, restart the device, and clear data in both apps but it still just redirects me with the same error message. How can I make it ask me again for login info when I try to link it? Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the late reply. I have tried the steps that Alex_S suggested but I still encounter the same problem. When I try to connect, I am immediately redirected to the error message without a chance to log in again to the mi home account

Hello Alex,
I have tried to use a different account in the Google Home app, but when I try to link with Mi Home it still redirects me as if I am already connected and it says "No compatible devices were found in your Mi Home account" and last time I checked, xiaomi mi air purifier 3c is compatible.

Hi there,
That’s odd. It looks like the issue is something with Xiaomi’s login portal. Are you using Chrome as the default browser on your phone? Also, open this link to your browser and see if you can login with the correct credentials. If the issue persists, contact Xiaomi support for the meantime and check how you can reset the login information from their web portal.
Keep us posted.
Cheers,
Alex

Hi Alex,
By using the link you provided and by manually signing in with my google email and password instead of clicking to do a quick google sign in I managed to connect with mi home. Thanksa lot!
