"Works with Google" devices, voice commands work but Home app shows "unavailable"?

I have started seeing odd behavior that I have not seen before in the Google Home app.

I have a few third party Smart Devices connected through "Works with Google" (Roomba and Samsung Washer). Controlling these devices via Voice Assistant works fine, so the connection seems to be working okay. However when I look at their details in the Google Home app, both show a big useless circle with "unavailable" in the place where I would expect control buttons or status details.

Is anyone else seeing this conflicting behavior?

  Yes, I am running the latest available Android 16 version on a Pixel 9 Pro (BP2A.250705.008).
• Are you using the latest version of the Google Home app?
  Yes, I am running the latest available public update (3.35.55.0).
  
• Are you able to manage your Roomba and Samsung Wash using their manufacturer apps?
  Yes, both manufacturer apps are fully functional.
  
• Are the Roomba and Samsung Wash apps updated?
  Yes, both apps are updated to their latest available public update (R: 7.16.2 / S: 1.8.34.21).
  
• Is your mobile device connected to the same WiFi band as your Roomba and Samsung Wash?
  Yes, I only have a single home WiFi network. All devices are on 2.4Ghz band.
• Are you signed in to the Google Home app with the same Google account that your Roomba and Samsung washer are linked to?
  Yes, I am using the same Google account for all services.
  
• Are your Roomba and Samsung Wash updated with their manufacturer's latest firmware?
  Yes, both devices are running their latest respective firmwares according to the manufacturer apps.

Based on the information you provided, I recommend you try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Remove the Google Home app from your mobile device.
2. Reboot your mobile device.
3. Reinstall the Google Home app.
4. Open the Google Home app and check if you can see your Roomba and Samsung Washer details. If the inconvenience persists, please continue with the next step.
5. Unlink and relink the devices:
1. Open the Google Home app and tap the account icon.
2. Verify that the Google Account on screen is the one linked to the Roomba and Samsung Washer.
3. Verify if the home automation account shows up under Home Control within the Google Assistant settings.
• From within the Google Home app:
• Tap “Settings,” then select “Google Assistant,” then tap “Home Control.”
• Check if the home automation account is listed under Linked Services.
• If yes, tap “Reconnect account,” then follow the on-screen instructions.
• If no, force close the Google Home app and try again.​
4. Check if the Roomba and Samsung Washer are displayed and can be controlled within the home automation manufacturer’s app.
5. Sync all devices. Use the command "Okay Google, sync my devices."
6. Go back to the Google Home app.
7. Unlink the home automation account.
• Open the Google Home app.
• Tap account (your initial or profile picture).
• Verify that the Google Account on screen is the one linked to your devices.
• Tap “Settings,” then “Google Assistant,” then “Home Control.”
• Under “Linked services,” tap the “home automation partner,” then choose “Unlink account,” then select “Unlink.”
8. Relink the home automation account.
• Open the Google Home app. 
• Tap account (your initial or profile picture).
• Verify that the Google Account on screen is the one linked to your devices.
• Tap “Settings,” then “Google Assistant,” then “Home Control.”
• Tap the “Search box,” type the name of the Home Automation partner, and then link the account. If the home automation account is listed under “Linked Services,” tap “Reconnect account” and then follow the on-screen instructions.
