This flexible, easy-to-use home security solution brings Google Home’s devices and intelligence into more homes across the U.S. backed by the reliability of AT&T’s wireless network, so you can have peace of mind knowing your home security remains active even during power or internet outages.
Simple set up
Getting started is easy. Once you sign up for AT&T Connected Life1, you’ll receive a security bundle with devices based on the package you pick, including a Google Nest Doorbell and/or Google Nest Camera along with other security devices like window and motion sensors. From there, just install your Nest cameras using the Google Home app, then link them to the AT&T Connected Life app for a unified view of all your security devices. And if you’re already a Google Home user, you can easily sync your existing Nest devices to the new system so everything is in one place.
Always-on protection with built-in intelligence
With AT&T Connected Life, you get a security system that is both intelligent and resilient. You get the best of Google Nest—including person, pet, and package detection—combined with third-party motion and window sensors, all viewable in a single dashboard. You also get 30 days of event video history to review clips anytime.
And this protection doesn't stop when the unexpected happens. If your power cuts out or your broadband goes down, your system automatically switches to AT&T’s LTE network. This cellular backup ensures your security system stays online, so you stay connected to your home without missing a beat.
Monitoring your way
You can choose to monitor the system yourself, or for added peace of mind, opt for 24/7 professional monitoring powered by Abode. This U.S.-based service watches over your home around the clock, ready to dispatch police, fire, or medical responders whenever you need them.
