It's going to take a few days of getting used to.

 

First thing that springs to mind is why is 'speakers and displays' last on the drop-down menu when I think? that they maybe the most popular user questions.

 

All in all I'm liking what you have done 👋

 

Edit: I like that we can edit 👍 also see the list is alphanumeric sorted, can we adjust to our preference?

Is this new community replacing the Google Nest Help Community?

 

Any reason why the page width here has been hard set and not set to auto-size to the monitor size?

How do we get out Product Expert level transferred over to this new community?

Answering some questions from above:

    • Great point! Should be updated now 🙂
  2. @Patrick_Caezza,  Is this new community replacing the Google Nest Help Community?

    • Yup, this will now be the new Google Nest Help Community, and will be linked from the Help Center
  3. @Patrick_Caezza, Any reason why the page width here has been hard set and not set to auto-size to the monitor size?

    • It should be responsive to width of the browser under the set max point; however, some monitors and screens can be quite large and the responsive design doesn't quite work well at huge widths so we reigned it in a little.
  4. @Patrick_Caezza, How do we get out Product Expert level transferred over to this new community?

    • Our amazing PE Program Manager, @Stefanie, should be able to make sure you're set up right.

Hi our Nest heat link is dead, no lights, no response when a reset or factory reset is attempted. Electrician and gas boiler engineer been out power to heat link and boiler fine been onto google support for over 70 minutes this morning told senior advisor would contact still waiting over 12 hrs now 2 80 year olds sitting in cold house and out of pocket with tradesmen's bills for nothing it’s a joke unit just over twelve months old, can’t the support engineers see by all the cases of this happening there is a fault in the heat link units. So fed up with it all . Any help would be appreciated thanks Concord
