My phone that I used for two step verification was a work phone and I no longer have access to it. I set up a new nest account and put my thermostat on it, but the camera says it’s being used by another account. I know it needs to be removed from the other account, but I can’t log in because I don’t have that phone number. How do I either access the old count to remove the camera, or reset the camera somehow so I can use it?
