24/7 Gaps but Events Still Recorded

Recently, I’ve noticed gaps in my 24/7 recordings.  Initially, I assumed that there was a Wi-Fi connection issue.  However, the Wi-Fi signal is strong at the camera’s location AND at the same time that the 24/7 gaps are present, there are event recordings.  So, it seems that there is a consistent Wi-Fi connection.  Anyone have a problem like this?  Thoughts?  Thanks.

Hmmmmm,  so every now and then I can see gaps of about 1-2 minutes in the middle of the night.  But this is not that often.  I guessing you already tried this but maybe power down the Cable Modem and Router and any extender for a few minutes and then bring it back up.

If that fails then maybe try opening a support ticket with Google and speaking with an actual Google tech person.  Once you enter the info you should be given the change to speak with a person.  Here is the link:

Hello, I'm an end user like you.    So Google only offer to store the 24/7 footage for 10 days.   After that they only keep the event clips (I think for about a month).  Could that be what you are seeing?

Also, confirm that the app shows you have the NEST AWARE PLUS activated.  You can do that by going to the home page in the app and go to the settings (Gear icon lower right) on the app and and scroll down to NEST AWARE.  Click that and confirm you are on the PLUS subscription.

Yes, Nest Aware Plus is active.  And the gaps occur within the 10-day window.
