ATTN: Sundar Pichai. New Nest Camera won't work with Nest App??!!

I have Nest cameras at my 3 properties. 3 cameras at each location.

I just bought 5 new Nest cameras for my 4th property and now I have to return them all back. Why? Because none of them work with the Nest App like the other cameras I already have at the other three locations. 

What's wrong with using the Google Home app instead of the Nest app? Everything. The best part about using the Nest cameras has always been the Nest app and never the actual Nest cameras. There are better and cheaper cameras on the market when it comes to picture quality, but they don't work with the Nest app. Google Home is nowhere close to being as good functioning as the Nest app. Even if they make the Google Home app better by making it the same as how Nest allows one to scroll through history and see the time-lapse kind of thing, which works so seamlessly, none of the old Nest cameras don't work on the Google Home app.

Nest products prior to the Acquisition are not on Google’s road map.  The nest alarms, smoke detectors and cameras are all useless in the home app. It’s May of 2022 and notice zero updates. Only tiktok and other useless updates

I am running into the same problem. Two new cameras and it does not show in my Google nest App. It is all viewable in my Google home app, but I can not use my google home app on my computer. This is very frustrating and this should be fixed. If Google does not want to fix this issue, maybe we need to start rating this product on multiple vendors like Amazon, Best Buy, or Micro Center. This way other people do not have to deal with the same issue as we are.

Take a look at this, notice it says Apple TV on the App Store. Nowhere does it say that if you’ve migrated to a Google account you will not be able to use this app. But they continue to market it

Generic reply, corporate Koolade response.  There is no interest nor any actual staff from google on here to support consumers.  Only posts of wonderfulness.  Specialists do not work for google so therefore there is no interest from corporate.
