I saw in a post from early this year that there are plans to provide access to Nest Gen 2 camera feeds from a PC. Since the Gen 2 cameras cannot be accessed from the Nest app or through Nest PC access, this is a significant problem at present. Any word on this critical feature? I am relatively new to Nest (I recently purchased a home with a number of Nest products), but even after my short experience I am frustrated that there does not appear to be one place to go for full functionality of my existing system and my new camera. This is not the experience I expected from Google....

There has been no official update at all from Google Nest since this Sept. 29, 2021 post: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Blog/Message-from-our-GM-Updates-for-our-Nest-customers/ba-p/...
However, Google Nest has just now added some access to history for Gen 1 Nest cameras in the Google Home app (https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Cameras-and-Doorbells/quot-Full-history-quot-option-just-adde...), so maybe there will be some movement soon on adding browser access for Gen 2 Google Nest cameras.
