We do not currently have a Nest Aware subscription, but I’m wondering if I do subscribe, if I can get access to the last 30-days of events? Or do they only start saving in the cloud once I have a subscription? There was an event a couple days ago that I’d like to see video of that was erased after 3 hours. Just wondering if I can still access it if I subscribe?
Your history starts when you purchase a Nest Aware subscription. It's probably not legal or ethical for Google Nest to save our history before we grant them permission by purchasing a subscription.
