Accessing Nest Camera 24/7 Recording

Hello,

I've bought a newer Google Nest Cam and the Google Aware Plus subscription for my Mum. I'm wondering how to access the 24/7 video history. I need to find things that won't be recognised as events (because they are sound based.. We're trying to gather evidence to give the police of a noisy abusive neighbour of hers who is banging on the walls in the middle of the night.)

The google home app isn't helpful because there are only event-based clips and you can't at this time create custom clips, and scrubbing through the footage is pretty painful on a phone, especially for my Mum who struggles with technology! And even if she can find it in the long chunk of footage there is no way to take a clip?

Is there any alternate way to access the footage? I have been trying Google Takeout to download the video data to just scrub through it and make clips on my PC, but the export just keeps failing. I haven't been able to get it to work.

Can anybody help with this?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just to verify: What type of Nest Camera do you have? Which app are you using to access the Nest Camera? If you are using the Google Home app, have you checked if the 24/7 video history is enabled? Here are the steps:
Open the Google Home app, select the camera, tap on settings, select video, tap video history, and select 60-day event and 10-day 24/7 video history.
