Accessing footage from a deleted indoor wired camera

TheHousehold

We have just waved goodbye to our little girl and I was hoping that I would be able to catch some snippets from the camera, but my husband deleted the cameras from our account. They were only deleted a few hours ago, but I really want the footage from the last few days. How can I can this from the nest aware subscription we have when the cameras are deleted?

Unfortunately, this is what Google Nest says: "If you remove a camera from your account, it will permanently delete all of that camera's recorded Video History."

Aww that is so disappointing that we wont be able to get these precious memories back. Thanks for your response, I am gutted that the 60 days doesn't include our existing footage from the cameras on our accounts.

Hello everyone,

@TheHousehold, thanks for posting here in the Community. I'm sorry to hear about what happened. However, if the Nest Cameras were deleted with the Nest Aware subscription, the event history saved to the cloud will not be able to be retrieved. You may check the link shared above. Let us know if you have other questions or concerns.

I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.

Best,
Emerson
