Why is my camera not showing live feed

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. Not being able to see your live feed is definitely not convenient, and I am sure it's been quite frustrating.
  • Does your camera have power to it?
  • Is it online? 
  • Are you seeing any saved clips? Or just blank?
  • Do you have a Nest Aware subscription by chance? Learn how to get one here
  • Have you tried to restart your camera? You can learn how here

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I'd like to ask, what is the light status of your Nest Camera? What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? Does this happen at random times? Try restarting your Nest Camera. Looking forward to your response.
