Added doorbell, not showing in existing Aware subscription

Have an existing Aware subscription - 3 cams, 1 thermostat - all works fine.  Added a new doorbell (battery) today and the Nest App wouldn't install it as a new device, said to use Google Home.  Added into G Home fine, and it works and is grouped with the other cams but it's not showing up in Nest either in the app or online.  Where am I going wrong?

Thank you for your feedback on this issue, the new Nest cameras and doorbell are exclusive to the Home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with your speakers and displays. A Nest Aware subscription applies to all of your cameras, speakers, and displays in the same home structure. This is why you show them in the Google Home app, but not in the Nest App. Thank you for your continued patience, and support. In which case, both the marketing, packaging AND instructions need to be amended to reflect that it's a purely Google product, not a Nest Pro one.  Even the installation instructions say to use the Nest App (which is far better than the Google one, in my opinion).

Actually, having just realised that there's no Web interface for Google Home either, this just gets worse!   Seriously tempted to send it back!!!!

Thank you for your feedback on this issue, I fully understand the frustrations of not having your new Nest Cams in the Nest App or available on https://bit.ly/3HtBgJC web app. I can imagine having to use two different apps at the moment is quite daunting, and could lead to frustration.
