Adding a product to the nest app, but am prompted to add through google home app. Want it on nest.

Me too - I have NUMEROUS NEST products and added the floodlight camera for our barn and found out after installation you have to use Google Home........ which is awful!!! I bought this to use with NEST!

Ridiculous that I have to have a separate app for 1 product and I can't even just view what's happening when opening the app without additional clicks to open the camera. 

May sound trivial to some but being able to see ALL my cameras/detectors/doorbells etc on one page was the entire draw for me. 

Super disappointed in this, why change something that worked???

I am trying to see if the latest product I purchased can be returned after installation as I am NOT a happy camper AT ALL = (

Google is retiring the Nest app. Some time in the coming year all products will be moved to the Home app. 

Does this mean that, we can't put new products on the NEST app in the meantime?  If so, that sucks.

Yeah me too!  I want this camera on my Nest app with everything else. The HOME app just is not as good.  How can I make it show up in the Nest App too?
