I had trouble for some reason with Alexa. I had to add back devices, but when I try to add the camera, it says it is associated with an old account and must be removed there first. My old account is my regular email, but I migrated to gmail. The camera doesn't show on my account, and I cannot log into old account. If I do forgot password, nothing comes to my email.
Any ideas?

I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. If you have a new camera or doorbell from 2021, I am afraid to say that they are not compatible with Alexa.

No they are not from 2021. and the issues is adding it back to my nest account

Hi again,
Is your Camera on a different google account? If it is not showing up in your home, it could be in a different home. Or if you haven't fully migrated from the Nest App over to the Google Home App, that could also be part of the issue that you are having.
