Adding battery nest camera nest app pointed at Home but now only Home how to add to nest history

I am trying to add a new Nest battery camera bought from google store to my Nest account where I have 60 days history. I started in nest app but it directed me to google Home. I added via google home but now I only see the camera in Home were there is limited history not in Nest app where I have 60 days. How do I get this camera visible in nest with 60 days history like my other cameras. I already converted my nest account to google btw.

HELP Please!  I bought 4 new Nest battery cameras.  I have tried and tried and tried to add to Nest home without success.  I was able to add Nest smoke detectors without any problems.  What gives?  Why I cannot do it.  It seemed to have scanned the QR code correctly.  I am getting very frustrated.

It also kept telling me when canceled everything, restarted, and tried to log in  "Sign in with Nest" it would say my password is incorrect.  I tried to reset password, but it never sent me any link/email to reset the password.  Tried 10 times already.  Not in spam box either.  I wish I could get my money back.
