Am I required to use ADT for all of my google nest cameras?

I have google nest cameras without the flood lights that were installed by ADT.   I want to install several more google nest cameras, with flood lights.  I want to be able to monitor and view stored images.  Do I have to go through ADT to add the additional cameras, and be able to monitor and view stored images?

For new versions of Nest Cameras, you may access the live feed and event history through the Google Home app
