Audio Recordings

My camera was disconnected from our Wi-Fi and we have to do a reset, now I notice that the sound is not on the recordings, ever since, what should I do?

Hello Maxeen,

 

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you. Let me help you out. Have you checked if the Audio recording is On in the Nest or Google Home App? Check out this link on how to change Nest camera and doorbell audio settings.
