Reading your first question, we have iPhones, where we can only get a standard notification for doorbell rings. But I've seen posts like the one below claiming that, on a Android phone, you can to to Settings | Notifications | App Settings, find the "Google Home" app entry, and scroll down to "Doorbell press notifications", where you can configure a sound.

Regarding your second question, we can get "visitor announcements" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451) on Nest Hubs, Nest Minis, and other Nest speakers. This is a doorbell sound along with an oral "Someone's at the front door" announcement; neither of these are configurable. I don't know whether, on a Google Pixel Tablet, you get the same notification you get on a phone (that's what we get with our iPads), or whether you get "visitor announcements".
